The Dark Horse of Real Estate Blogs
How about some bookmark love? ::

I have enjoyed status as a dark horse in the realm of real estate blogs.
Other bloggers as well as Agents have picked up my passion for technology and Real Estate. Pittsburgh Homes Daily listed the Laguna Niguel Real Estate Blog as one of the top 500 Real Estate Blogs to watch which is great fuel and encouragement to keep going. Part of what my blog provides is 1) Relevant Area and Real Estate Market Information
2) Analysis of the factors that effect the market, like construction, economics, and technology, of course.
As a Dark Horse in the Real Estate Blog scene, I enjoy being able to concentrate on producing quality posts. I don't focus on producing a large quantity of posts to try and whet the appetite of the Real Estate Blog Readership, just for the sake of doing so.
Hailed on Active Rain, and definitely not considered a Dark Horse is an associate of mine Bryant Tutas in Poinciana, Fla even has encouraged his wife to participate in Real Estate Blogs. She lists me as "Astonishing!" in her book. Thanks!
Talking about well known, Greg Swann over at Bloodhound Blog has upgraded his blog to a team blog. Bravo! Perhaps once I emerge from my blogging cave and permanently overcome my typer's cramp, (and writer's block) I can participate in a team blog.
The only reservation I have about that is a team blog is a natural extension of a greatly "seeded" blog with a massive and respected readership. It is an investment in time, but pays dividends of untold amounts for a long time to come.
