I'm going to just take a minute to point out something great that our office just released. During an statistical analysis of Laguna Niguel home sales from April 2005 to March 2006, that Prudential California Realty's market share absolutely dwarfs all other competition combined. Prudential accomplished 42.9 % of the market share on 1 Million Dollar plus home sales.
